Every week throughout our Summer Share season (June-October), shareholders receive 5 – 6 different freshly picked ecologically grown vegetables to take home. If you don’t particular like a certain item in your share, swap it out for one of our substitution items.

Please remember that the crop mix and when crops are available in all shares are subject to variability depending on the season.

Sample Summer FULL Share

  • Early Season

    • 3 heads of Lettuce

    • 2 bunches of Scallions

    • 2 heads or bunches of your choice of Bok Choi and/or Swiss Chard

    • 1 lb. Spinach

    • 2 Bunches of Japanese Turnips or Radishes

    • substitutions items: arugula, basil

  • Mid-Season

    • 2 Sweet Onions

    • 3 lbs. Tomatoes

    • 3 Zucchini or Summer Squash

    • 1 Large Eggplant or 2 large Peppers

    • 1 Large sized Watermelon or Cantaloupe

    • substitution items:  Tomatillos, herbs

  • Late Season

    • 2 Winter Squash (Acorn or Delicata)

    • 3 bunches your choice: arugula, kale, collard, mustard greens

    • 3 lbs. Beets or Carrots or Potatoes

    • 1 quart Radishes

    • 2 Broccoli or Cabbage

    • substitution items: scallons, fennel
