This week the vegetable share will follow the distribution style introduced last week. It seemed to work well for all sites except Buffalo where our numbers were off. We will adjust upward what we bring to Buffalo this week. Sorry if you did not get the items you wanted.

The greens this week include various kales, collards, chard, choi, dill, parsley, lettuce, arugula, mizuna, mustard, vitamin green, tat soi and napa.

The roots this week include three different potatoes, Korean daikon, carrots, beets, kohlrabi, Japanese turnips and zucchini. One pound of zucchini trades out for two pounds of roots. Quantities are limited.

The feature is Baby Pam pie pumpkins. If you do not want to make pie or admire its’ beauty you can have an acorn squash instead.

The fruit share includes apples, pears and quince.
