The Vegetable Share for the week includes Herbs (Fennel, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Sage, Thyme and Tarragon), Tat Soi as a feature, Bora Valley purple potatoes, Lettuce or Spinach, Peppers and Greens (Kale, Collards, Arugula, Mustard, Vitamin Greens, Komansuna, Amara and Dandelion).  The substitutions are Scallions, Japanese Turnips, Radish and Zucchini.

The Fruit Share includes Apples (Mac and Gala), Prunes and Red Plums from Bittner-Singer Farms and Bartlett pears from Blackman Orchard.
