The sesame dressing is just a suggestion–go with what you wish.

Salad:
4 c tat soi leaves, washed and dried
4 c mizuna leaves, wahed and dried
1-1/2 c cooked peas, edamame, lima beans, fava beans, cannellini beans…
1 c radishes, sliced
1 scallion, sliced
toasted sesame seeds, to taste, optional

Sesame Dressing:
2 T dark sesame oil
3 T sesame oil, or peanut oil, or other oil
3 – 4 T tahini
2 T rice wine vinegar, or other vinegar
2 t soy sauce, or to taste, or salt, to taste

1. Coarsely chop or tear tat soi and mizuna, if you wish. Put into a salad bowl along with the rest of the salad ingredients except the toasted sesame seeds. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk or put in a jar and shake to blend. Pour over salad in bowl and gently toss. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if using.
