6 c chopped bok choi
1/2 c walnut halves
1/3 c raisins
1/4 c vegetable or peanut oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1 T liquid honey
1 t soy sauce
1/2 t salt
1/2 t paprika

1. In a salad bowl, combine chopped bok choi, walnuts, and raisins.

2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Pour over choi and toss until well coated.
