apples or pears, (peeled or not), cut into chunks
orange juice or apple juice or pear juice or cranberry juice or…
cinnamon, to taste
nutmeg, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. The amount of juice to use is just enough to help the puree along–you don’t want (or maybe you do) a soupy mixture. Using quick on/off pulses, process to desired texture.
