Update for the winter share 2020

We have decided for this coming winter (January 2020-March 2020) that we will not be providing our winter share.

We are still rebuilding storage facilities that we lost in our barn fire that happened in November 2018. The large amount of storage facilities that are needed to store all the crops for the winter share are proving to be challenging to replace.  As we move forward and rebuild, we will keep you posted about the winter share!

Winter Share

Distribution from January-March

When the share starts in January, you will be receiving roots, apples and other storage crops.

The roots include carrots, beets, celeriac, turnips, rutabagas, kohlrabi, and winter radish. Storage crops include; onions, potatoes, apples, cabbage, leeks, and winter squash.  All the vegetables in our Winter share are certified organic.

The share runs until late March. This hearty fare is the perfect food for making stews, soups and sauces fortifying us for our NY winter season!

Buffalo and on Farm distribution sites available only!
