Some easy ideas for that bunch of radishes sitting in the fridge…

1. A bowl of whole radishes, cleaned and trimmed, a dish of salt for dipping radishes, buttered bread slices. Beer and wine. A delicious appetizer.  You can also slice the radishes and make a radish sandwich.

2. Steam whole radishes 8-12 minutes, depending on size, until tender. Roll in butter and add a touch of salt.

3. Stir-fry sliced radishes and their greens. Give the radishes a couple of minutes in the pan and then add the washed, cut up greens. You can add some garlic, fresh ginger, chives…

4. Chopped radishes add a peppery crunch to potato salads, tuna/salmon salads, grain salads…

5. Radishes and cheese are a tasty combo.
