Regular, green or red, cabbage can sub here; just make sure to slice very thinly or shred.
3 c thinly sliced Napa cabbage
2 apples, peeled or not, diced
1 c diced cooked ham
1/4 c raisins or currants, optional
1/2 c toasted walnut or pecan pieces
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 T lemon juice
1 T Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Gently toss. Add salt and pepper, toss again.
