My current food fav! It consists only of the three ingredients listed. Mix it into cooked grains or in pasta. Sprinkle over cooked greens or veggies. Put a spoonful in soup. Put on cooked steak or other meats, or on sautéed tofu or tempeh. Other greens can be used, and would add their own delectable essence. Use whatever miso you have on hand; as miso is quite a strong component, the choice of miso may influence how you you use this recipe (or not).

2 c coarsely chopped mustard greens, stemmed, if necessary, or other green(s)
1 T miso
1 T cold butter

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and whizz until finely chopped. Stop short of a purée. You also don’t want to process so long that the butter melts. Remove from processor and store in a jar, in the refrigerator.
