The combination of fresh herb(s), lemon juice, and nutritional yeast is delicious. This is a variation of the Awesome Nutritional Yeast Dressing from a couple of seasons ago, and my current favorite dressing.

1/4 c water or light vegetable stock
3/4 c vegetable oil, or a combination of oils
1/4 c (fresh) lemon juice
1/3 c fresh, chopped herb(s)
1 T soy sauce, or 1/2 t salt
4 T nutritional yeast
2 T agave, liquid honey, maple syrup, or rice syrup
ground black pepper, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until whizz until well emulsified. Taste and add more of any of the ingredients to achieve salad dressing nirvana.
