Any tea will do here-your preference. Prepare as you would for ice tea (though I find the double strength amount recommended for ice tea much too strong for my taste).
1 pint fresh strawberries
4 c cold tea
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1. Set aside five whole strawberries. Puree the rest in blender; strain into a pitcher. Stir in tea, sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves. Chill. Serve over ice; garnish with berries
