Try this with all black radishes, or a combination of black, china rose, and daikon radishes! Or, any radish(es)…

1/3 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1 T prepared mustard
1 t sugar
1/2 t cracked black pepper, or 1/4 t ground black pepper
2 c diced black radishes
1 – 1 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1 c pitted and halved black olives
1 T chopped fresh oregano, or 1 t dried oregano
1/4 c minced fresh parsley

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, and pepper. Add radishes, cheese, olives, oregano, and parsley. Toss gently, mixing well. Taste, and add more of any ingredient to please your palate, if you like. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
