Japanese turnips are also good here (or in combination).
You can shred the radish and finely chop the scallions, but the oniony flavor of the scallions dominates, for some reason.
8 oz radishes, trimmed (about 10)
3 scallions, trimmed
4 oz cream cheese (or Neufchatel; or silken or soft tofu)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and whizz until it’s the consistency you want. Easy.
