3 T vegetable broth or water
2 T lemon juice
2 T extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/2 T red wine vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
2 t minced garlic (or garlic scapes)
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 2/3 cup.
