1 T curry powder or: 1 t ground turmeric plus 1 t ground coriander plus 1 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt
1 T lemon juice
2 T mayonnaise
4 cups shredded napa cabbage
1. In a large bowl, stir together the curry powder, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until well blended. Add the cabbage and toss to coat well with the dressing.
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, stirring once or twice more.
