This is good with crudites, or on grilled fish or chicken.
1 c finely chopped radishes
1/2 c sour cream or greek-style plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice, or to taste
1/2 t dried dill, or 2 t chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper, to taste
radish slices, for garnish
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
1. Combine radishes, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish, cover, and chill for 4 hours or so to allow flavors to blend. Garnish with radish slices and parsley. Serve.
