1 c buttermilk
1/2 c crumbled blue cheese
6 T mayonnaise, or sour cream
3 – 4 T chopped fresh herb(s)
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Combine the buttermilk, cheese, mayo, herb(s), and garlic in a blender or food processor. Whizz until smooth. Taste. Add salt and pepper. Whizz briefly to combine. Transfer to a container. Refrigerate to store.
