2 T unseasoned rice vinegar, or cider vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 – 2 t sugar, to taste
1 t dark sesame oil
3 drops hot sauce
1 zucchini (8 oz), shredded
4 carrots (8 oz), shredded

1. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, sugar, and pepper sauce.  Pour over vegetables and toss together to coat well.
