Our price is $3.50/ lb. hanging weight. With processing hanging weight cost is approximately $4.10/lb. You will pay the butcher directly for their service at time of pick up. The exact cost of your order will be calculated once the cow is butchered (according to the hanging weight: the weight of the quarter before bones are cut out and meat is trimmed, cut and wrapped). Our cow sizes and weights are variable, expected poundage is approximate. Full payment for your order is expected at the time of billing.
