Beef

Our cattle are raised as grazing animals should be -- they are rotationally grazed and pasture until the Winter, when they are then fed on our own hay.  Our herd is healthy and aren't given vaccines, antibiotics, or other hormones to enhance growth.  Expect a rich beef flavor.  The beef should be ready late Fall or early Winter.

Pork

Most commercially raised pork is raised in warehouse type facilities under inhumane conditions.  Naturally raised pork is sweet. Our pigs have access to fresh air and sunshine.  We use hormone-free and antibiotic-free feed supplemented with our naturally grown vegetables.  The pork should be ready in late Summer or early Fall.
